Single night stay rooms were clean staff was professional, friendly and had a sense of humor, which is appreciated when traveling as much as I do
I stayed here and got to utilize one of the few jacuzzi rooms to relax. Daniel provided exceptional customer service and the room was clean and well stocked with towels, fridge, hairdryer, and a safe. On top of that, the price for the room was better than many other hotels in town. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again.
The rooms are very clean. Staff is fabulous. I love how ginormous our suite is. So. Much. Space!
The hotel is nice, could use a few updates but nothing anyone could live without. The room was clean and we felt comfortable walking around the room with barefeet and that says alot. The best part or the hotel was the lovely woman who checked us in. Made us feel very welcome and she gave us Hope for the rest of our visit in Salem.
My sister and I stayed here in Salem for the first time and was so impressed with the service and location . The breakfast was great all you could want . The room was so comfortable and large we brought our dinner back and ate in the sitting area. We have always stayed at the Best Westerns for years and lately they have cut out so much for breakfast and service . Happy to say this is our new hotels to stay at.
Stayed 5 nights, room i stayed in smelled like weed and cigarettes which was disappointing. Staff was friendly and resolved the issue and issued a new room. Breakfast is decent and beds are not bad to sleep on.
Easily accessible from freeway. The beds are super comfy with excellent sheets. The continental breakfast was lacking, compared to other Comfort Inns. But the service at the front desk was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but wear shoes as the pebbled concrete is harsh on the feet. Overall, a nice place to stay.
Very clean. Both the Room and common areas. I was very impressed. I had stayed in a bunch of Choice Hotels.... This was the best.
